Responsibilities
- Build and operate an Internal Developer Platform, delivery pipelines, observability platform, and infrastructure platform for internal engineering teams.
- Design, automate, and scale resilient infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for secure, rapid delivery.
- Develop reusable frameworks and abstractions for deploying, operating, and monitoring services.
- Automate manual processes to reduce operational risk and improve consistency across legacy and new applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to evolve platform tooling and developer experience based on feedback.
- Mentor peers, shape engineering standards, and promote modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering and hands-on experience building and supporting production-grade systems.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with experience deploying and operating scalable workloads.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security best practices.
- Collaborative communication skills and the ability to mentor teammates and work in cross-functional squads.
- Motivation to build internal platforms that simplify complexity and improve developer productivity at scale.
