Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and enterprise solutions.
- Rotate through four six-month assignments covering product engineering, product management, Forward Deployed Engineering, and enterprise transformation.
- Collaborate with AI Labs teams working on AI agents, process generation, and conversational AI.
- Partner with field, product, engineering, and enterprise customer teams to build and deploy solutions for real-world use cases.
- Own technical outcomes from concept and experimentation through development and production deployment.
- Translate customer insights and technical discoveries into product improvements and new AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, software engineering, and technical problem solving.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building software, AI, or machine learning applications.
- Understanding of modern AI tools for development, experimentation, and problem solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to enterprise stakeholders and external clients.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Preferred: a portfolio showing built, deployed, or open-sourced software or AI applications through projects, research, hackathons, internships, or public repositories.
- Preferred: up to two years of internship or professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or solutions architecture.
- Preferred: exposure to cloud infrastructure, scalable data processing frameworks such as Spark and SQL, or MLOps pipelines for model deployment.
