Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure for application hosting, data processing, analytics, and enterprise services.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities.
- Automate operational and administrative processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support software releases, deployments, infrastructure maintenance, and enterprise application delivery.
- Apply access management, data protection, security, governance, and compliance practices.
- Analyze performance, resolve bottlenecks, improve scalability, and troubleshoot production issues through root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, operations, architecture, product, business, and globally distributed teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
- Experience automating operational processes with scripting and automation technologies.
- Understanding of security best practices, access controls, compliance requirements, and infrastructure governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms, cloud operations, infrastructure as code, automation frameworks, performance tuning, scalability planning, system optimization, enterprise application deployments, and release management.
- Relevant DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure certifications are preferred.
