Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand enterprise requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical deep dives and business-focused presentations for diverse audiences in Japan.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude with existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their specific use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Requirements
- Experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Native-level Japanese fluency and business-level English.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and explain technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong technical communication skills for translating requirements between business and technical audiences.
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Preferred: Python familiarity and familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
