Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend improvements to system performance and availability.
- Collaborate with project managers, software developers, engineering staff, functional teams, systems analysts, and clients.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, project specifications, and status updates according to defined standards.
- Support client communication, requirement clarification, issue tracking, feedback collection, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate daily project progress and report quality risks, usability concerns, and serviceability issues.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and current best practices.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality, customer satisfaction, MIS, and reporting targets.
Requirements
- Knowledge of programming, automation, tools, and systems for leveraging technology.
- Expert knowledge of process excellence, quality standards, and risk-reduction practices.
- Expert technical knowledge of programming languages, tools, quality-management standards, and processes.
- Ability to analyze software requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients and produce clear technical documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues, execute testing, and ensure code is error-free or addresses test failures.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and assigned certifications.
