Front End Engineer - React/NextJS
Ford MotorResponsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end UI architecture using NextJS and React.
- Design responsive digital applications for different screen sizes and devices using UI design principles.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end architects to translate designs into implementation requirements.
- Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align UI solutions with user and product needs.
- Integrate UI components with backend services and APIs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate design concepts.
- Test and debug UI issues across browsers and devices.
- Lead and mentor UI developers by providing technical guidance and promoting development best practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing highly scalable applications.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript design and architectural patterns.
- Expertise in UI design principles and responsive application development.
- Experience with NextJS and React as primary front-end technologies.
- Knowledge of API design, software architecture, and integration with cloud-based services.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to UI developers.
