Base Salary
$183k - $279k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build interfaces and systems for clinical data, treatment plans, progress notes, and AI-powered clinical intelligence.
- Develop therapist practice-management features spanning database schemas, APIs, and web interfaces for scheduling, clinical notes, and payment management.
- Build frontend interfaces and backend APIs for therapist search, personalized care recommendations, longitudinal data views, and patient-provider matching.
- Improve insurance credentialing through consumer-grade provider onboarding products and tooling.
- Make technical decisions for maintainability and scale, improve engineering velocity, and establish patterns that prevent bugs.
- Mentor engineers through design discussions and code reviews while sharing knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping software from ambiguous problems through production outcomes.
- Ability to work across API architecture, backend logic, frontend state management, and user experience.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in applying LLMs to workflows such as code generation, operational automation, or developer tooling.
- Ability to make technical decisions for maintainability and scale and improve engineering tooling and automation.
- Ability to learn complex domains quickly and communicate clearly across teams.
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, React, backend systems, databases, and web application development is relevant to the role.
