Base Salary
$247k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve Ramp’s development workflows across CI/CD, testing, and local development.
- Design paved paths for high-frequency engineering tasks.
- Enhance modularity, performance, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase.
- Build automation for repetitive or error-prone engineering workflows.
- Create reusable systems and workflows to reduce friction and risk.
Requirements
- Think in systems across code, infrastructure, workflows, reliability, and performance.
- Experience in building and leading improvements to developer tooling and CI/CD.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, able to identify and solve problems.
- Understand the balance between speed and quality in engineering platforms.
