Base Salary
$188k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead quality initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
- Own problems end to end, identifying advertiser pain points and driving execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Translate customer and market needs into product and engineering priorities.
- Adapt to ambiguous situations and improvise effectively.
- Represent technical and product context for key advertisers.
- Contribute hands-on across Moloco’s technology stack.
- Incubate new ideas and turn successful learnings into scalable capabilities.
- Communicate clearly to build alignment across functions.
Requirements
- Senior, hands-on engineering experience.
- Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous initiatives.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable switching between strategic, technical, and operational tasks.
- Track record of driving outcomes through technical contributions and coordination.
- Preference for experience in ads or ad tech.
- Experience with ads quality or related quality-focused systems.
- Experience leading a vertical or product area with cross-team alignment.
- Experience in environments focused on rapid experimentation and analysis.
