Responsibilities
- Own technical quality across joinhomebase.com.
- Manage Core Web Vitals and site performance in collaboration with the Organic team.
- Diagnose and resolve performance regressions on mobile and desktop.
- Build and launch landing pages for various marketing initiatives.
- Create scalable templates and reusable components for faster marketing execution.
- Improve the website-to-signup journey and reduce onboarding friction.
- Design and implement A/B tests for landing pages and conversion flows.
- Utilize analytics and customer behavior data to prioritize improvements.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and automate workflows.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of web development experience.
- Deep expertise in Webflow, including CMS architecture and performance optimization.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with experimentation, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Statsig, and Hotjar is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Experience integrating websites with product onboarding and marketing systems.
- AI fluency and comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity.
