Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and maintain features in the Timeclock domain for iPads and Android Tablets.
- Develop clean, scalable, testable React Native code.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product, and design teams.
- Improve performance, reliability, and app resilience for active users.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development and reduce defect rates.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Contribute to the mobile technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of React Native Engineering experience.
- Expert in JavaScript and common React Native frameworks.
- Proficient in Swift, Swift UI, UIKit for iOS or Kotlin for Android.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and development tools like Jira and Git.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
