Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.
- Build, test, and ship features that improve the customer experience and drive growth.
- Contribute to code quality, performance, and maintainability of mobile applications.
- Participate in system design discussions and help implement scalable solutions.
- Work with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.
- Use data and experimentation to inform product decisions and iterate on features.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and team discussions.
- Stay current with emerging tools and practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience working with React / React Native.
- 2–4 years of experience building mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Solid understanding of integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Experience with testing (unit, integration, or end-to-end) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile development and working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Nice to have: Experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing).
- Nice to have: Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or tools (e.g., personalization, recommendations, or developer tooling).
- Nice to have: Experience optimizing performance for mobile applications at scale.
