Senior Mobile Product Developer, Growth
HelloFreshResponsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts on cross-functional product development.
- Build, test, and ship mobile features that improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop maintainable, performant, and accessible mobile applications.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs for end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in system design discussions and implement scalable solutions.
- Use data and experimentation to inform product decisions and iterate on features.
- Contribute through code reviews, team discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate, instrument, monitor, and improve systems in production.
- Use emerging tools and AI-assisted development workflows while working beyond the immediate specialization when needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience working with React or React Native.
- 2–4 years of experience building iOS and/or Android mobile applications using Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Hands-on daily experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including managing context and boundaries for AI-generated work.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Experience with unit, integration, or end-to-end testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively with designers and product managers, solve problems, and continue learning.
- Preferred experience with experimentation platforms, A/B testing, AI/ML-powered features, personalization, recommendations, developer tooling, or mobile performance optimization at scale.
- Strong product sense, ownership, bias to ship, and ability to support opinions with data and user evidence.
