Base Salary
$80k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of production-grade agent solutions and translate architecture designs into scalable implementations.
- Oversee agent development, integrations, workflow orchestration, and deployment through production.
- Build native Android applications and integrate backend services, APIs, SDKs, real-time communication, and AI/chat capabilities.
- Design human-in-the-loop controls, monitoring, logging, and observability for agent systems.
- Set engineering, code-quality, testing, reliability, and review standards for the squad.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
- Mentor Agent Engineers, provide technical guidance, unblock complex implementation challenges, and support technical growth.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews and provide implementation feedback.
- Partner with domain strategists and engagement managers to align implementation with business and client requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, documentation, and organizational capabilities in agent engineering.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building native Android applications with Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience shipping secure applications in financial services or other regulated industries, including authentication, authorization, and sensitive user actions.
- Experience integrating Android applications with backend services, APIs, SDKs, and real-time communication.
- Experience embedding AI or chat capabilities into mobile applications.
- Cross-functional ownership across mobile and backend with strong engineering practices, including automated testing, code review, CI/CD, monitoring, and Play deployment.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, and mentor less experienced engineers.
