Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents for enterprise automation programs.
- Develop AI-powered capabilities for generating Process Definition Documents and automation packages.
- Build prompt-engineering and knowledge-system solutions with LLM orchestration.
- Optimize processes and contribute to automation strategy.
- Support governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
- Translate unstructured business inputs into structured automation logic and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building AI agents or autonomous systems.
- Strong expertise with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar tools.
- Strong prompt-engineering and LLM-orchestration skills.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
