Base Salary
$180k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver highly performant, reliable, and intuitive production AI agents.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
- Work directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand business challenges and develop scalable AI solutions.
- Prototype platform tools and features and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape Sierra’s AI agent development platform.
- Develop agent frameworks, self-service capabilities, and generative agent features for industry-specific use cases.
- Experiment with voice models and integrate them at enterprise scale.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and creative problem-solving ability.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
