Base Salary
$175k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship reliable, high-quality end-to-end agentic systems for creative video workflows.
- Design agent architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and creative task execution at scale.
- Integrate internal and external state-of-the-art models into new production agent experiences.
- Measure and improve agent quality using experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback.
- Own meaningful problems end-to-end across product, machine learning, and systems engineering.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional industry experience.
- Track record designing and developing ML systems or agentic pipelines in production.
- Deep experience with context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and context management at scale.
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure for context gathering, tool selection, and multi-step planning.
- Strong problem-solving fundamentals, rapid learning ability, and the ability to scope and deliver projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent architectures.
- Preferred: experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.
- Preferred: familiarity with generative media and agentic AI technology.
- Preferred: startup founder or early-stage engineering experience.
