Responsibilities
- Partner with strategy, sales, and operations stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
- Build, test, and deploy AI applications including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and automated system triggers.
- Integrate AI models and microservices with Snowflake, APIs, internal databases, and third-party tools.
- Optimize recurring manual processes and operational bottlenecks across revenue teams.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring for reliable, accurate, secure, and policy-aligned AI outputs.
- Communicate technical concepts, workflow logic, and project outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI roles building tools or automations for real business problems.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or agentic automation workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including Snowflake or other relational or cloud data warehouses.
- Familiarity with Git, API design, Airflow or similar data orchestration tools, and software deployment practices.
- Ability to learn business domains deeply, identify AI opportunities independently, take end-to-end ownership, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
