Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise observability, distributed tracing, structured logging, monitoring, and validation solutions for AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and MCP-based AI platforms.
- Create cost visibility, allocation, forecasting, budgeting, alerting, anomaly detection, and optimization frameworks for AI workloads.
- Define monitoring standards, P1–P4 alerting strategies, incident workflows, operational runbooks, and self-service documentation.
- Assess IAM architectures and design ABAC, Cedar-based authorization, governance, security, and compliance patterns.
- Build Terraform infrastructure-as-code modules and enhance CI/CD pipelines for AI platform deployments.
- Drive platform standardization, automation, modernization, and operational excellence while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong expertise with AWS cloud services, including IAM, CloudWatch, AWS Lambda, AWS Bedrock, and cloud-native monitoring and governance services.
- Hands-on experience implementing observability and distributed tracing with tools such as Dynatrace, Jaeger, Honeycomb, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience designing and managing Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform.
- Strong experience building and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile teams with Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools.
- Preferred: experience supporting AI, generative AI, or LLM-based platforms and familiarity with AgentCore, LangChain, LangFuse, LiteLLM, MCP servers, or similar frameworks.
- Preferred: understanding of LLM lifecycle management, prompt execution flows, token tracking, AI workload optimization, FinOps, governance, ABAC, and policy-based authorization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder influence, and platform modernization skills.
