Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the rearchitecture of Rolodex for scalability and performance.
- Deliver clear ontologies and predictable APIs to enhance developer experience.
- Own the evolution of the centralized permissioning system for security.
- Design and optimize query abstractions for heavy data workloads.
- Establish productized patterns for cross-cutting data needs.
- Automate cloud infrastructure and eliminate engineering toil through tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Expertise in writing clean, maintainable backend code.
- Experience designing secure, user-friendly APIs.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for Developer Experience.
- Ability to coordinate long-lived technical projects across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
