Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and consistency.
- Ensure software scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Review code and uphold quality assurance practices.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Manage team performance and act as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting and SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Strong expertise in financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Competence in code review, quality assurance, and development standards.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
