Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, test, deploy, document, and support Oracle EBS Discrete and Process Manufacturing solutions.
- Support Oracle EBS manufacturing modules including Inventory, BOM, MRP, Cost Management, WIP, ASCP, and Quality.
- Resolve Tier 2 incident tickets involving Oracle EBS manufacturing, transaction, costing, and accounting issues.
- Support implementation of a new Oracle Manufacturing solution for a manufacturing facility.
- Conduct feasibility studies, gather requirements, analyze problems, and design software systems and subsystems.
- Develop, integrate, test, debug, and refine software components and applications.
- Support integrations between Oracle EBS and FactoryWorks, Primavera P6, and Windchill PDMLink.
- Provide technical direction to programmers and prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 7 years of directly related experience.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing Modules.
- Understanding of EBS Inventory-to-Cost-Accounting and Plan-to-Produce processes.
- Experience with EBS Inventory, WIP, BOM, Routing, and Cost Management modules.
- Familiarity with manufacturing costing, accounting distributions, concurrent processing, open interfaces, and APIs.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for troubleshooting, reporting, automation, and integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting transaction, costing, and accounting issues.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance.
- Preferred experience with APEX, Oracle Reports, Power BI, SSRS, EBS Forms personalization and customization, Engineering, Quality, Material Requirements Planning, and Subledger Accounting modules.
