Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, implement, and support IAM systems and access-control solutions, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, approvals, and workflows.
- Design and manage Active Directory, identity federation, SSO, MFA, privileged access, password synchronization, and identity-governance capabilities.
- Conduct access reviews, certification campaigns, account recertification, privileged-account identification, and user-access reporting.
- Troubleshoot IAM, authentication, authorization, network-connectivity, application-integration, and operational issues.
- Develop security monitoring, violation, compliance, audit, and access-governance reports and documentation.
- Assess vulnerabilities, recommend mitigations, support security assessments, and help maintain security policies, standards, and controls.
- Provide technical support, training, guidance, and process education to business users, IAM analysts, MIS staff, and other team members.
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, system owners, analysts, engineers, and management to improve enrollment, access-review, and certification processes.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven IAM experience covering access control, authentication, authorization, provisioning, approvals, workflows, and access governance.
- Hands-on experience developing and supporting identity-management and access-control security solutions.
- Strong understanding of information-security risk analysis, IAM methodologies, application security, encryption, vulnerabilities, and audit controls.
- Programming and scripting experience with Unix Shell, Perl, Java, JavaScript, Pentaho/PDI, PowerShell, ASP.NET, JScript, C#, PHP, and SQL.
- Experience with web technologies and security standards including SSL, HTTP, cookies, SAML, and WS-Security.
- Experience with relational databases, LDAP, Active Directory, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, operating systems, and directory services.
- Experience with SSO, federation, application integration, web servers such as IIS, Apache, or IBM, and application servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, or WebLogic.
- Knowledge of RSA Identity Access Lifecycle Governance, privileged or elevated access tools, leading IAM tools and services, and security standards such as NIST and CIS.
- Experience in a global, complex, matrix-managed organization; financial-services or banking experience is preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or QlikView is preferred, and Azure or AWS experience is a plus.
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly, collaborate effectively, analyze problems, prioritize work, and maintain business relationships.
