Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend features across the global platform.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prioritize work, and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture using established design principles and engineering best practices.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and follow coding standards.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional automated tests.
- Work with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and testing processes to support reliable delivery.
- Apply design patterns and reliability practices involving resiliency, monitoring, alerting, and scalability.
- Investigate and troubleshoot frontend, backend, and infrastructure issues with guidance from experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience, preferably in full-stack web development.
- Familiarity with React and Golang; experience with other frontend frameworks or backend languages is welcome.
- Basic understanding of software architecture, design patterns, design principles, algorithms, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of relational and distributed databases, including normalization, ACID properties, transaction isolation, and indexing.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working in cross-functional, international, agile teams.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
