Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of products and systems end-to-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product architecture and technical roadmap.
- Improve technical quality on the team by giving detailed technical feedback on blueprints and in code review.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems.
- Expertise in technical problem solving, data modeling, and API development.
- Curiosity to deeply understand business context and user needs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas in writing.
- Collaborative nature with humility, empathy, and a drive to elevate those around you with thoughtful technical feedback.
