Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product architecture and the technical roadmap.
- Improve technical quality through detailed feedback on technical blueprints and code reviews.
- Work across full-stack solutions and build direct relationships with customers to gather feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems.
- Expertise in technical problem solving, data modeling, and API development.
- Curiosity to understand business context and user needs deeply.
- Strong work ethic and reliability when owning tasks and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Collaborative, humble, empathetic approach with a commitment to providing thoughtful technical feedback and elevating teammates.
