Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, implement, and fine-tune machine learning solutions for production performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Perform data processing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, tuning, training, scoring, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers on integration and infrastructure, platform upgrades, automated testing, model management, data versioning, and pipeline orchestration.
- Lead small to medium-sized machine learning initiatives and own components of machine learning solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Provide technical support and training to Sales, Implementation, and Support teams.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in data science, software development, or data engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI model development, training, scoring, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, scikit-learn, Spark ML, Git, and MLflow.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Spark, and Pandas.
- Understanding of software testing, benchmarking, continuous integration, model management, data versioning, pipeline maintenance, orchestration, distributed computing, neural networks, and advanced machine learning and AI models.
- Certifications or knowledge in Natural Language Processing, recommender systems, or Azure AI Engineering are preferred.
