Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning functionality for production performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Process data, engineer features, and develop, evaluate, and tune machine learning models.
- Collaborate with engineers on integration and infrastructure, including module deployment and platform upgrades.
- Enhance automated testing and participate in code reviews to support reliability and code quality.
- Create detailed technical documentation for development, maintenance, and future enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to Sales, Implementation, and Support teams.
- Lead small to medium-sized initiatives and own specific components of machine learning solutions.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience and at least two years in data science, software development, or data engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with AI model development, training, scoring, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, Spark ML, Git, and MLflow.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Spark, and Pandas.
- Understanding of software testing, benchmarking, continuous integration, model management, data versioning, and pipeline orchestration.
- Knowledge of distributed computing, advanced machine learning, AI models, and neural networks.
- Certifications or specialized knowledge in Natural Language Processing, recommender systems, or Azure AI Engineer are advantageous.
