Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior architects and consultants to design customized technology solutions for energy-sector clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships from initial workshops through solution delivery and go-live.
- Analyze business data, market processes, and technical constraints to produce solution recommendations.
- Support project delivery by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and maintaining quality across agile delivery cycles.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, data engineers, and infrastructure specialists.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, architecture reviews, innovation workshops, and client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in consulting or advisory work.
- Understanding of consulting methodologies, project delivery, and energy-domain industry trends.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SAP, MECOMS/Dynamics, Siemens EnergyIP, ATRIAS, or Synergrid, or willingness to develop expertise in them.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, or French and willingness to work across Belgium’s multilingual energy market.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and certifications such as TOGAF Foundation, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or Prince2 Foundation.
