Base Salary
$166k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical baselines, roadmaps, architecture decisions, and design and change control.
- Lead AI/ML solution patterns, model lifecycle practices, evaluation and risk management, and enterprise integration.
- Modernize legacy code and support cloud migration, API integrations, deployments, and interoperability across enclaves.
- Author and review DoDAF-aligned technical artifacts, performance and reliability targets, and compliance controls.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive proofs of concept and technical assessments.
- Coordinate increment goals with the Release Train Engineer and Program Manager.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
- 10+ years of technical leadership experience as a Chief Engineer, Chief Architect, or equivalent.
- Deep software architecture and enterprise integration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, cloud environments, containerization, and security patterns.
- Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, data, or a related field preferred.
