Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and related frameworks.
- Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
- Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
- Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
- Contribute to improvements in agent architecture and capabilities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Full-time BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA qualification.
- Advanced Python programming, including asynchronous programming and API development.
- Experience building and deploying autonomous agents, LangChain applications, RAG systems, and LLM API integrations.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, LLM optimization, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Understanding of safety principles, hallucination resolution, modern software development practices, Git, CI/CD, and testing.
- Preferred experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, agent orchestration and workflow tools, NLP, Docker, Kubernetes, semantic search, information retrieval, and agent alignment and safety.
- Required skill: Pega BPM.
