Base Salary

$106k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Hogan Core Banking platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements.
  • Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Multi-year experience developing Hogan applications in Core Banking environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe z/OS.
  • Experience with one or more Hogan modules, including CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
  • Understanding of core banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
  • Experience with TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in regulated banking environments and follow established change management processes.
