Base Salary
$106k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Hogan Core Banking platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and support solutions using COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking application enhancements.
- Support application releases, change management, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience developing Hogan applications in Core Banking environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM on IBM Mainframe z/OS.
- Experience with one or more Hogan modules, including CIS, DDA, TDA, LNS, IDS/Umbrella, or PEM.
- Understanding of core banking functions including deposits, loans, account processing, fees, and transaction processing.
- Experience with TSO/ISPF, Endevor/ChangeMan, File-AID, and SDSF.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in regulated banking environments and follow established change management processes.
