Responsibilities
- Redesign Admin Mode's UI/UX to consolidate workflows and improve user issue resolution.
- Ensure the reliability of Admin Mode to prevent disruptions in customer support.
- Build standardized APIs and utilities for extensibility of admin tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transform problem statements into effective tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and React/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of internal tools and their impact on operational efficiency.
- Empathy for users and their workflows, especially in customer support and engineering.
- Ability to think systemically about permissions, audit trails, and edge cases.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across different engineering teams.
