Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, map, and prioritize repetitive workflows across engineering and management functions.
- Develop automation solutions, scripts, utilities, integrations, reporting workflows, notifications, and data pipelines.
- Explore and implement Generative AI solutions for summarization, action-item processing, report generation, extraction, classification, knowledge retrieval, and engineering data analysis.
- Automate project and engineering data collection and consolidation and develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
- Measure automation impact using productivity, cycle-time, error-reduction, adoption, and manual-hours-saved metrics.
- Build an automation opportunity pipeline, deliver production-ready solutions, and establish reusable automation components and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Good programming skills in Python or another programming language and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or modern AI application development.
- Experience using Agents, Skills, and Knowledge-bases setup.
- Basic understanding of APIs and data integration.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, communication, teamwork, proactive learning, and good English communication skills.
- Experience or knowledge with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, SQL, REST APIs, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Git, GitHub, Azure, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RPA, data analytics, or machine learning is advantageous.
