Base Salary
$187k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and design image-processing algorithms and scalable software systems using C/C++ and Python.
- Develop large-scale data-collection techniques for training deep neural networks.
- Research, maintain, and improve computer vision and machine learning algorithms for image analysis.
- Debug production vision-system issues through algorithm tuning, log inspection, intermediate-output validation, and software-level fixes.
- Build full-stack products and production-ready code from end to end.
- Develop scalable software for edge-device deployment, multi-camera systems, and real-time image processing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary hardware, software, and design teams to build new products.
- Continuously improve and maintain production code.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in software engineering or a related role.
- At least one year of experience designing and optimizing high-performance image-processing software for edge devices.
- Experience developing and optimizing large-scale production codebases using C++ and Python.
- Experience with multi-camera image-processing pipelines and advanced camera functionality.
- Experience debugging camera image-processing issues through algorithm tuning and software-level fixes.
- Experience with log inspection, intermediate-output validation, debugging tools, and large-scale log processing.
- Experience using Bash and Python scripts for debugging automation.
- Experience working in Linux environments and using Git, Make, and testing frameworks for software validation.
