Base Salary
$210k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to scope and design AI-driven solutions.
- Identify and transform ambiguous workflows into repeatable systems.
- Lead architecture design discussions focusing on performance and scalability.
- Own projects from discovery through deployment, including client delivery.
- Build shared infrastructure and reusable components for team efficiency.
- Coach and mentor mid-level engineers to enhance team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, especially in data and ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like Hugging Face.
- Skilled in full-stack deployment patterns, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experienced with workflow orchestration libraries and data governance.
- Strong product and system design instincts to translate business needs into architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing projects in high-stakes environments.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time for client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
