Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks.
- Build agent workflows using planning, delegation, tool calling, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and dynamically invoked tools.
- Build REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven workflow integration platforms.
- Apply Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, ethical AI, bias mitigation, and security practices to development and deployment.
- Use generative AI capabilities including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, and autonomous agents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Python and AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Python, AI agents and workflow integration, and AI/LLM foundations.
- Knowledge of LLMs, multimodal models, prompt engineering, structured prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG.
- Hands-on experience with AWS KIRO and Spec Driven Development.
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, multi-agent coordination, DAGs, state machines, planners, and workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of API design and integration, enterprise-system connectivity, and vector databases.
- Strong foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
