Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, resilient platform capabilities for FloQast Transform and AI-driven workflows.
- Own the architecture of distributed systems, AI agent infrastructure, and visual workflow builders.
- Lead high-level design discussions and establish rigorous engineering practices across the automation ecosystem.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster technical curiosity and high-performance execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, platform-first design, scalable workflow orchestration, and secure, compliant SaaS architectures.
- Ability to make high-level technical trade-offs, translate ambiguous goals into roadmaps, and influence through technical clarity.
- Strong product intuition and experience building software that addresses customer needs.
- Ability to mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering standards.
