Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver core platform capabilities for FloQast Transform and next-generation AI-driven workflows.
- Own the scalability, resilience, and design of distributed systems, AI agent infrastructure, and visual workflow builders.
- Lead high-level technical design discussions and establish rigorous engineering best practices.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster technical curiosity and high-performance execution.
- Build platform capabilities that help accounting teams automate rules-based workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience shipping complex, enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience with APIs, platform-first design, scalable workflow orchestration, and secure, compliant SaaS architectures.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to translate ambiguous ideas into production-ready software.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions, influence cross-functional roadmaps, and mentor senior engineers.
