Responsibilities
- Design and own automation frameworks for functional and performance testing.
- Build agents that automate QA and testing workflows and reduce engineering friction.
- Build, deploy, and operate applications and services that automation depends on in production environments.
- Develop prototypes, gather feedback, iterate, and mature solutions until they are hardened, monitored, and adopted.
- Identify gaps in existing frameworks and tools and develop solutions to close them.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience building production software, including depth across test infrastructure, test frameworks, and developer tooling.
- Proven experience building agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from the ground up through shipment, iteration, and adoption.
- Fluency with agentic coding tools and the ability to orchestrate multiple agents and review agent-generated pull requests.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing deployment lifecycles.
- Ability to independently turn ambiguous problems into scoped and defensible solutions.
- Working knowledge of platform engineering.
