Responsibilities
- Take professional responsibility for supporting and developing Generative AI demonstrators for business development.
- Track Generative AI trends through continuous research and experimentation with new tools.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on technical steering and quality assurance in Data Science and prompt engineering.
- Design and deliver internal training to deepen team knowledge and support continuous learning.
- Attend relevant conferences and deliver presentations as an expert and company representative.
- Support the sales team with persuasive presentations and pitches for technical solutions.
- Create architecture diagrams for Generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, Data Science, mathematics, or a natural sciences discipline.
- Fluent German and English communication skills and willingness to travel for consulting work.
- Experience developing Generative AI models and applying them in real-world projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong coding and software development skills, especially object-oriented Python.
- Very good knowledge of Azure, AWS, OpenAI API, Aleph Alpha API, and Hugging Face.
- Preferred experience with probabilistic modeling, text processing, NLP, transformers, conversational AI, Stable Diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, local open-source foundation models, and fine-tuning.
