Build and evolve high-throughput backend services powering a global CPaaS platform across messaging, voice, identity, and authentication channels. This role focuses on distributed systems, database performance, Kubernetes deployment, APIs, and AI-assisted development.

Lead the architecture and development of Rakuten Mobile’s proprietary AI platforms, including an LLM fine-tuning and high-precision RAG system for automating network design reviews. This high-impact role also establishes AI governance, evaluates models and vendors, and defines architectural guardrails for an autonomous, cloud-native mobile network.

Design and develop Kubernetes-based container virtualization infrastructure powering Rakuten Mobile’s fully virtualized cloud-native mobile network. The role combines Linux systems expertise, infrastructure automation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across cloud platform components.
