Join UJET’s Seoul engineering team as a Full Stack Software Engineer building scalable, low-latency contact center services and frontend integrations. The role combines backend development, Angular and React.js work, CRM integrations, and agentic AI workflows.

Lead the development of UJET’s early SRE function, improving reliability, observability, incident response, and operational efficiency across critical cloud services. This technical leadership role will establish the reliability standards and tooling that enable UJET’s platform to scale safely.

Build full-stack platform products that help engineering teams create, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents and AI-enabled features. This role combines Python systems development, AI integrations, developer tooling, and reliable production infrastructure.
