Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical resource for complex customer deployments and translate requirements into implementation activities.
- Configure, test, validate, and document customer-specific solutions through production launch and post-launch stabilization.
- Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and structured request and response data.
- Read and modify lightweight Python, JavaScript, and HTML code, create scripts and proofs of concept, and identify implementation issues.
- Analyze logs and cross-system events to reproduce issues, determine root causes, and prepare technical escalations.
- Configure virtual-agent experiences, refine generative-AI prompts, test conversational flows, and validate AI responses against customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, Solutions Architects, Program Success Managers, Product Management, Product Engineering, and Support.
- Create reusable scripts, integration patterns, documentation, templates, and troubleshooting guidance for future deployments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as technical implementation, professional services, solution engineering, integration engineering, deployment engineering, technical support, solution architecture, technical consulting, or software development.
- Experience with complex enterprise software deployments, implementations, or integrations.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and HTML, including the ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify lightweight code.
- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, authentication, request and response payloads, and API integrations.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting API endpoints and integrated software systems and interpreting application, platform, API, and integration logs.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical implementation activities and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work directly with customers, partners, engineers, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
- Preferred experience includes CCaaS or contact-center technologies, conversational or generative AI, virtual agents, prompt engineering, LLM testing, CRM and telephony integrations, API testing tools, observability, cloud platforms, Git, SaaS environments, and professional or forward-deployed services.
