Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with health plan customers to understand their claims workflows and pain points.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during integrations and rollouts of the Onos platform.
- Own end-to-end development of new features for the Onos platform, including requirements gathering and testing.
- Shape the technical roadmap and influence the company's product and technical strategy.
- Develop systems to support various enterprise workflows and integrations.
- Build AI/ML pipelines to analyze clinical notes and automate recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software applications.
- Strong product sense and system design skills.
- Customer-focused with a desire to impact the healthcare space.
- Hands-on technical leader capable of architecting robust systems.
- Experience with machine learning and large language models is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats such as EDI X12, HL7, and FHIR is a bonus.
