Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise solution architectures for new deals, major change requests, RFPs, and custom solutions using PEGA.
- Define current-state and target-state architectures, integration approaches, reusable patterns, investment roadmaps, and detailed architecture documentation.
- Provide technical leadership, design assurance, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and delivery support across projects.
- Collaborate with IT, sales, consulting, program and project teams, product owners, architects, and client stakeholders.
- Present and explain solution designs to clients, negotiate requirements, and support pre-sales and client engagement activities.
- Develop frameworks, automation recommendations, prototypes, proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, and architecture points of view.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities such as interviews and thought leadership.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, talent progression, performance reviews, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- Mandatory PEGA experience.
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- Experience creating enterprise architectures that are scalable, reliable, and manageable.
- Ability to provide technical leadership across solution design, development, implementation, integration, risk management, and delivery assurance.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations to clients and collaborate with executives, technical leaders, product owners, sales, consulting, and delivery teams.
- Experience with proofs of concept, technical documentation, reusable architecture patterns, presentations, and thought leadership.
- Ability to mentor team members and manage resourcing, onboarding, performance, career development, and engagement.
