Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide application architectures for new deals and major client change requests.
- Define current-state and target-state solutions, architecture roadmaps, reusable patterns, integration approaches, and implementation recommendations.
- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, customization, and integration of application solutions.
- Prepare client RFP solutions and provide design assurance, technical guidance, and architectural recommendations during project planning and delivery.
- Create reusable services, patterns, models, tools, and application approaches to improve scalability, agility, standardization, and maintenance costs.
- Perform architecture, design, and code reviews while identifying security measures, implementation risks, dependencies, costs, and opportunities.
- Support cloud transformation migration and modernization activities, including deployment architecture, interface catalogs, target integration architecture, proofs of concept, and delivery-team support.
- Collaborate with analysts, software developers, data managers, delivery teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful application production and enterprise architecture alignment.
- Identify account-mining opportunities and create new application-based revenue streams such as reusable APIs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply automation, Agile, and DevOps principles to reduce manual work.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Experience with application cloud transformation services.
- Ability to create scalable, reliable, and manageable application architectures and guide enterprise application development.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture, microservices, application integration, reusable design patterns, and architecture governance.
- Experience supporting client RFPs, solution design, technical leadership, design assurance, and architectural recommendations.
- Ability to understand non-functional requirements, define target architectures, assess dependencies, and support cloud migration and modernization.
- Experience performing design and code reviews, considering security measures, and collaborating with software, systems, data, and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of current application and technology trends, including IoT, blockchain, machine learning, automation, and bots.
