Responsibilities
- Resolve Trial Interactive system Service Desk tickets with Service Desk Analysts and Solutions Engineers.
- Handle escalations from Level 1 Service Desk Support.
- Assist with data migration using predefined utilities and processes.
- Perform post-deployment testing after application version releases.
- Assist Solutions Engineers in building large-scale, high-availability systems for enterprise life sciences clients.
- Create internal and client-facing eLearning videos for the eTMF and SSU modules.
- Document and test new software applications.
- Research, investigate, and fix technical issues involving web services and other application technologies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and proactively learn new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- General knowledge and coursework experience in web services.
- Proficiency managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong scripting ability using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Thorough understanding of MSSQL, MySQL, XML, and C#.
- General knowledge of web application development and Service Oriented Architecture.
- Moderate knowledge of troubleshooting application issues in multi-tiered systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
