Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Lead project lifecycle activities and coordinate stakeholders, teams, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Oversee best-practice implementation and adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Design and optimize data workflows and pipelines while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analytics and pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and producing actionable insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Oracle Application Framework and Snowflake Data Warehouse experience are preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
