Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work with billing teams and IT departments to understand their workflows.
- Build integrations and features that enhance product functionality in customer environments.
- Gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development.
- Write code and ship features end-to-end.
- Document solutions to aid future engineering efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Full-stack experience with Python is required; FastAPI and TypeScript are preferred.
- Experience building or integrating with external APIs and third-party systems.
- Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and diagnose customer needs.
