Responsibilities
- Analyze test requirements and develop manual and automated test cases.
- Develop, enhance, debug, and execute Python test automation using TestComplete.
- Create test scenarios, use cases, test data, test plans, and release test descriptions.
- Perform functional, system, integration, release, and type testing as needed.
- Maintain test environments, laboratories, and testing defect logs.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and support issue resolution with product, architecture, and development teams.
- Support controller modernization, embedded software migration, customer application customization, and deployment activities.
- Resolve customer-specific issues and complaints for assigned products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Experience analyzing applications under test, creating test scenarios, collecting test data, and creating test plans.
- Ability to execute manual test cases and develop and execute Python-based test automation using TestComplete.
- Understanding of automation test case selection, end-to-end scenarios, code modularity, test result analysis, and defect reporting.
- Good understanding of requirements management, code management, CI/CD, testing phases, release testing, and test automation strategy and processes.
