Responsibilities
- Design and develop global payment systems for account membership, merchant services, wallet products, and operational platforms.
- Own planning, architecture design, business requirement delivery, and support for business growth.
- Analyze payment business scenarios and user pain points to drive systematic product development.
- Design, set up, and optimize system architecture for high concurrency, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Address technical challenges, improve system performance and service stability, and safeguard online stability and fund security.
- Drive technical innovation and research to support rapid business development and efficient product iteration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a large-scale internet business.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
- Extensive coding and code review experience with strong coding practices.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP.
- Development experience in account membership, merchant services, wallet products, marketing, payments, transactions, or user growth systems.
- Strong self-motivation, communication, organizational, collaboration, ownership, and learning abilities are preferred.
