Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact Trust & Safety projects and independently drive features from idea through execution and launch.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, policy, and partner teams to develop solutions aligned with technology and business needs.
- Write well-tested, readable, maintainable backend code using Python, Golang, and AWS.
- Participate in code reviews, on-call rotations, knowledge sharing, tech talks, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering industry experience.
- Extensive object-oriented programming experience, ideally with GoLang or Python.
- Backend software development experience with distributed systems and concurrency.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners.
