Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and software features.
- Develop Java applications and RESTful APIs using object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Design, test, implement, document, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and business systems.
- Support system design, application security, performance tuning, monitoring, logging, tracing, and error handling.
- Build and maintain database solutions, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release processes.
- Evaluate technologies and assess upstream, downstream, process, data, and risk impacts.
- Apply version control and software development standards across the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Java and API developer working with secure, high-quality code and enterprise development practices.
- Proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience with application security, performance tuning, RDBMS, SQL and NoSQL databases, and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Ansible, Gradle, monitoring and observability tools, scripting, automation, and JUnit.
- Experience with AWS and scripting languages including Python, Bash, and TypeScript.
- Prior banking or financial industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software development processes.
